Branding a branding agency is harder than it sounds. Avoiding cliches and hocus-pocus is one thing, but this agency had no clients, no case studies and no office. In fact, this agency was both a virtual business and a start-up. Given this tough brief, the new brand had to rely on a compelling value proposition. ‘The Brand Engineers’ is a name that implies real-world problem solving while ‘Building endurance brands’ is a promise to make brands more resilient to tough challenges and fierce competition. These simple metaphors are brought to life through the depiction of a timeless racing icon, the Ford GT40.
